Cancellation Rules

Client-Requested Cancellations:

Clients may cancel a design project by notifying us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the cancellation request is received after this timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply.

Agency-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, technical limitations, etc.).
If we initiate the cancellation, clients will receive a full refund.

Refund Rules

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Deliverables:

If a deliverable does not meet the client’s expectations, we will promptly address the issue.
Clients should notify us within 2 days of receiving the deliverable to request a refund or revision.

Exempted Goods and Services:

Certain design services (e.g., custom illustrations, personalized branding, etc.) may not be eligible for refunds due to their unique nature.
We will clearly communicate any exemptions to clients before starting a project.

Return Procedures:

To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team via email or phone.
We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the deliverable (if applicable).

Shipping Costs:

Clients are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning physical deliverables.
Digital deliverables do not incur shipping costs.

Response Time:

We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days from the date of receipt.

Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
Clients will be informed of any changes via our website or direct communication.

Applicable Law

The return and refund of design services are covered under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 and the general rules of the Indian Contract Act of 1872.
